Raw Color x Paper Collective

A sense of space

The two collections have one thing in common. They create a sense of space on a two-dimensional surface. The collection 'Paper Curves' explores light and shadow on coloured paper. The photographs reveal how light, shadow, and reflection can shift the hue of a surface. The textile series 'Woven Geometry' applies repetition, contrast, and rhythm. The grid of lines establishes a sense of space that renders the image of cylinders and cubes. Presenting these collections together invites visitors to wander and experience the pieces as a spatial sequence in the studio of Raw Color.

The presentation features a spatial arrangement of suspended and wall-mounted pieces. A process table accompanies the experience, showcasing the creation of the collections. The studio will also unveil some newly developed three-dimensional pieces inspired by 'Paper Curves' and 'Woven Geometry'.

Raw Color Shop

During DDW, Raw Color's Shop has its physical representation in their studio. Their own pieces such as Index Collection and Temperature Socks will be available. In addition to the Raw Color collection, the series developed in collaboration with Paper Collective will also be sold and compact packed to take with you.
