FIFF is an Iceland-based design studio working across furniture, objects and spaces. At Dutch Design Week, we present our first collection, rooted in the odd habits, different needs and changing nature of everyday life.
Everyday Living
Everyday Living brings together FIFF’s first collection of furniture and everyday accessories, shaped by the routines, odd habits and changing needs that make up our daily life. Rather than looking for extraordinary moments, the collection starts with the ordinary and asks how design can support, adapt to and gently elevate everyday living.
The exhibition presents objects ranging from a height-adjustable side table to a recycled-glass piece that turns almost any container into a flower vase. Each project begins with a familiar situation or small everyday observation, finding new possibilities in the mundane moments of daily life.
Together, the objects reflect FIFF’s approach to design: creating things for everyday life as it is; personal, ever changing and often unpredictable.
