Five design teams present projects ranging from emergency care support for unhoused persons to an AI companion, a digital sustainability toolkit, screen-free navigation wearable, and visions of digital legacies.

Five projects: Echo, Tutu, Stroll, Crux & LinkZorg

Echo reimagines the preservation and sharing of our digital lives, transforming scattered digital moments into a meaningful legacy. By allowing people to label content in a range of social and media platforms, Echo supports the creation of a highly personalised digital legacy experience.

Tutu is a soft AI-powered companion designed to support older adults during moments of anxiety, confusion, or distress—especially in response to rising issues like phone call scams, loneliness, or cognitive overwhelm.

Stroll is a wearable product that combines AI coaching, GPS navigation, and haptic signals to encourage and enhance screen-free urban walking as a restorative practice.

LinkZorg is a digital platform designed to help emergency staff at OLVG Oost Hospital in Amsterdam connect 3U patients—those who are unhoused, undocumented, or uninsured—with essential follow-up care.

CRUX is a digital sustainability toolkit designed for design agencies and product teams. It combines two interactive workshops with a plugin prototype that estimates CO₂ emissions of digital products and helps teams evaluate the environmental impact of their projects.
