The Hidden Taste Trail

Your exclusive and curated food & design day

The Hidden Taste Trail — © Foodsafari

Discover the flavours and stories that often remain hidden.
During DDW we guide you along makers and entrepreneurs shaping the future of food. You will not only taste innovative creations, but also gain a glimpse into their journey: the successes, the doubts and the dilemmas behind each idea.

From circular chefs to innovative start-ups

You will meet the pioneers who dare to experiment with what ends up on our plates. Their stories show that taste is more than an experience: it is also a quest for sustainability, creativity and social impact.
